Let your skin breathe
When you know you’re going to sweat, wear cotton or natural fibres so your skin can breathe better. At the gym, try wearing a backless dry-fit top and try to shower right after or at least change your shirt to prevent bacteria building up and causing unwanted blemishes and spots.
Keep bacteria off your skin
The best way to get rid of acne and blemishes is with a complete cleanse. Cleanse your skin of sweat and dirt regularly and immediately after a sweaty activity like a workout.

Lemon Myrtle essential oil is an excellent oil for treating acne and oily skin. You could mix 2 drops of Lemon myrtle oil with your skin care lotion and apply it on your acne or blend with olive oil.
